When you need to go to a "big box" electronics store, this is a good one to choose. There are a large number of staff here who are aware of what they are selling, the services that they offer, and can offer meaningful thoughts on the advantages and disadvantages of the products. The staff are friendly, very attentive, and actively seeking to be helpful. They are vigilant in monitoring the store and customers, and it is rare to not be offered immediate assistance as soon as you walk in or enter a different area of the store. The staff really make a huge, positive difference in coming here!

No one helped , running around with other employees. No help in radios. No rating only pushed 1 star cause had to. Looser place to go. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE

Pathetic service, went there to get a PS4 power cable, couldn’t find it , checked online , showed available at this particular store, requested for help twice, no one showed up, waited for 15 minutes, no one bothered to attend to my request, staff is lousy with a careless attitude. No wonder stores like Best Buy are loosing business, ordered it from Amazon, will get it tomorrow.

This location is CLOSING any day now. :-( The store is mostly empty. Sorry to see it go.
