Popped in to grab a USB hard drive enclosure that the website said was in stock.. what a mess. It took forever to get any help There are dozens of people working but they all seem more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. The ones who will talk don't know where anything is located. A big area of the sales floor blocked off for employees only. There are more empty shelves than there are products. I guess next time I'll just order what I need on Amazon

Do not buy screen protectors for your phone here. I paid $40 and was told they guaranteed it for a lifetime. False! And they installed it wrong. When I took it back to get it replaced both managers said they don't sell that one there anymore so they could not replace it. I was advised to contact the company for a replacement. It was not the companies fault that they installed it wrong causing it to fail. They did not care to make it right. No stars for you!
