Great all around electronics store for your general needs. Middle of the road pricing, but some really good deals. If you're looking for specific parts or a more comprehensive electronics store, go to Micro Center. But for your basic needs Best Buy fits the bill.

They’re hours online say they don’t close til 8pm and I get there before 7pm and they are closed. What makes matters worse is their hours were updated 3 days ago. I just wanted to pick up an item I paid for online.

Wow, where do I begin here. False promises. Terrible installers. Actually, I cant even call them installers. I ordered thousands of dollars worth of appliances and expected normal customer service. Today I was supposed to have 4 appliances installed. Not 1 was installed. Best Buy made errors as described. The only person that helped me was Duane the store manager. But one person cant fix the poor customer service and rudeness of others. The installer George who showed up with my fridge at 5:55 Pm (time slot was 12-6 pm) told me that he cant find my water line and that its under my drywall. I believed him and said okay can you wait for my husband to get here in 10 min to turn the water off since he refused to turn the water off himself. His partner started arguing with him because he didnt want to wait. They waited for 5 min and drove off as I chased their truck to just leave the fridge without installing. They kept driving as my husband pulled in. I couldnt believe what I was dealing with. My husband found the water line right away. The guy George with XPO lied and claimed it was behind the dry wall and drove away. Those two men who were at my house in commerce, mi right before 6 should truly be fired for truly terrible customer interaction. Best Buy has the worst installers. DO NOT shop with them. I have cameras all around my home and I can pull up my exact experience. I am in awe today. I will be returning all items and going with a more professional company. I will be taking this to corporate and although it is not the workers at Best Buys fault, it is their installers. Like I said, I was supposed to have 4 items installed today. I have 0 installed because each item had an excuse for itself. I cant imagine other peoples experiences.
