Epic Failure - TCF Business and TCF Personal why? Lack of professionalism; could note get TCF to change or EIN number after two attempts. We personally went to the Chelsea Branch to change the business EIN and neither time did TCF employees change the number resulting in a frozen account and eventual closing. With assets in the bank! Then we get a check that we couldn't cash because we had no other business account to deposit the check they sent in our business name! Thanks TCF for the forward-thinking and professional service. Bank branches will be gone by 2025 and everything will be digital. We will be our own bank before then. CYA and good riddens. #XRPWINS #ZERODOUBT

BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They pulled an "Interest Scam" on me years back and got me for a few thousand..... After repeated calls to the "Regional Manager" they offered me $500 as compensation for the theft of my funds... I did the math and it cost me around $1900. The bank in Chelsea has great people working there....but the company TCF based in Mpls MN are a bunch of thieves.... High rates for EVERYTHING...... I moved to Flagstar Bank down the street after some additional hassles with TCF and I wondered why I was never at Flagstar in the first place.. Absolutely 100x BETTER...... Go see Bonnie @ Flagstar in Chelsea,MI and she will take good care of you. Sorry TCF .......the guys running this operation in Minnesota should be in prison....
