Huntington Bank

Horrible Bank. The employees lie to cover their own incompetence. The Bank manager is rude and unhelpful. Talks down to her employees and blames things on other "institutions" but really they are just lazy! Don't use this branch, OR BANK!!

Do not use this bank. Their systems and policies are ridiculously out of date. They require a literal hand-written letter, in person, to close an account for example. They had to fax it. This is embarrassing in 2023. If you value your privacy and information, go to a modern bank.

I dont leave reviews... but this was the worst banking experience I could ever imagine. I went in after my mother passed directly after leaving the lawyers office and having all of the trust paperwork. The lady I worked with was terrible. She refused to give me a business card saying 'we don't do that'. I offered to call our lawyer so they could explain why we had all the required paperwork, but she said 'we don't talk to lawyers'. She had numerous excuses on how my deceased mother didn't setup her account properly after my father passed .. but was of no assistance. She simply told me to call our lawyer (which I offered to do from her office). 0 stars isn't a low enough rating.
