        Nothing but a pleasant experience. When I needed to extend, I made the mistake of initially trying to do so through the 800 number. The 800 number representative quoted me $70 and $120 over the price of what was/is advertised on their website. After feeling defeated and bringing the car back to the rental place, the gentleman behind the counter helped us out when the 800 number representatives couldn't. Definitely will rent from here again in the future.
