Awesome experience! Needed a rental while waiting on my insurance, great customer service, very flexible, extremely well maintained vehicles and great selection. Would be my 1st place to go for me or family for any rental needs.

I had previously rented a full sized car from this shop and had a positive experience. Good car, no problems. This time, I got a Nissan Altima whose tires were so torn up that they set off the tire inflation notification after I left on my trip. A friend refilled the tires and showed me that at least 2 tires were down to the wear bars. I was worried for the whole trip that a tire would blow. When I pointed out the problem to the proprietor, he said he would take care of it. Hopefully, the next renter of that Altima will have a less nerve-wracking experience than I did.
