The late night check in agent was rude and the guy in the lot to get the car was crazy rude so much we laughed because we'd never encountered anyone like this. On return the early morning return check counter agent was professional and kind. Car was fine no issues.

I would give 0 stars if I was able. My experience with avis was an absolute nightmare. They claimed I never turned in my car which was false, then overcharged me by $2300.00. It took many phone calls and email exchanges to try to resolve. After over a week of back and forth and customer support telling me the problem is finally resolved I am still seeing fraudulent charges on my credit card.
