After calling a number of agencies, we settled on Right at Home in East Longmeadow. Jose answered our questions thoroughly, addressed our concerns thoughtfully, and their service has been outstanding. Sandy, our HHA, has gone above and beyond what we could have hoped for in her care of our parents. We are so grateful!

My Aunt is currently staying in a rest home in Amherst. There is no family that lives nearby and she had wanted to get out on occasion to do some shopping or to have a nice lunch. She is mobile but she has no car and the staff at the rest home were not allowed to take her out. She needed someone to take her out periodically and Right at Home fit the bill. After checking with six other agencies in the area, I selected them to provide this service. They have been flexible, responsive and dependable, It has helped my aunt tremendously. Now, she has someone who can take her out, making her feel less like a prisoner.

Right at Home is an amazing, compassionate and professional home care agency that I highly recommend. The experienced administration, care coordinator and caregivers are truly passionate individuals who have made it possible for our elderly family member to return home and continue to thrive since a recent major surgery. The communication, services and level of expertise offered are just over the top and so appreciated.
