This company is a fraud. PCAs are not doing the work required, and sub-contracting out their work to un-licensed civilians. Complaints were filed with supervisors and more to come.

One star for the PCA. The agency itself, well hopefully you never have to talk to anyone. Calls don't get returned, if you get lucky and the person in charge of your case picks up, you'll get vague anwsers. They seem to have an ignore the issue and its not a problem. Took a month to get my PCA, who then had an accident, and now it's been a month and no replacement. Be damn sure I'll be checking and making sure they don't try to charge my insurance.

This company is the absolute worst!!!! There is such a lack of communication, it is terrible! They do not return calls and they sent several different people to my Dads home without any introductions. They do care about their clients at all and dont even care to find out what their needs are, it is only about the money for the agency!!! I would not recommend using them ever.

The worst thing to communicate, there is never anyone who can answer the questions and Mr. Cesar only welcomes you and then does not appear at all. I've been waiting for a letter since January because I don't work there and no one can do it.
