    terrible service on several occasions. then i preordered my note 4 here. then on release day, i called and they told me that they won't be filling orders because the store is closing in a few weeks. then why did they let me preorder the phone there? overall, just a miserable experience.

    UNBELIEVABLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a laptop in a different Best Buy store that guaranteed me that when I showed up to the Fenway location, the computer would be ready for pickup. After waiting for 45 min. for them to "search" for the computer, they told me it was not there and that the "computer system" had canceled my order. I was frustrated, but the sales manager (Maggie) offered me the solution of expedited, next-day shipping to my address, so I again paid for the computer. I then received an e-mail from "Worst Buy" telling me that the order was delayed and would not arrive for 1.5-2 weeks. This was not what I had been guaranteed when I paid in the store and was very frustrating, so I immediately called the store to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere. The sales manager told me that the order was already starting process and "there was NOTHING they could do to cancel it", that I would have to wait until it was delivered to my address, take the computer back to the store, which would then initiate the refund process which would take between 7-10 business days. I proceeded to call customer support to try and cancel and they told me the same thing. At this point I was out $2500 for the cost of two computers that WorstBuy had sold to me under false guarantees and would not be able to get that money back for another 2-3 weeks. This felt like a horrible scam/fraud and I hope that this company goes out of business so that other customers are not put through such a nightmare experience. I have since spend upwards of 8 HOURS either going to stores or waiting on hold for unsympathetic customer sales representatives who just pass the buck on to one another. On a lighter note, I went to a Microsoft Store to purchase the same computer and had a wonderful experience. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY BESTBUY - GO ELSEWHERE!!!
