No one knew what was wrong with my phone went to verizon 2x says they fixed it but they didn't. I brought it to I world as soon as I did the gentleman knew exactly what was wrong. My daughter has been there numerous times for problems with her phone and kids. Amazing place !

I never ever leave a review before but these time I can't let anyone to experience what I did....These is the worst place ever ...my experience was totally disgusting... definitely my first and last time ....I when because my galaxy s10+ screen broke ... so he charged me 285 for the front and $10 more for the back one .. which I paid right away ..(295) ..this was on Wednesday September 8th.so . I came on Friday the 11th to pick it up .... and my surprise was that my phone was still broken.... I trying to talk to him and he starts screaming at me .he also followed me to the exit insulting me... so please don't ever paid before ... until you see your phone .. I wish I could give a 0 starts...but unfortunately I can't.....

This place is still (2021) the absolute best! I have been coming to this store for years now. The prices are very reasonable For screen repairs. Also other things. I just took my daughters phone to get fixed we thought it was impossible to fix it, and then it looks brand new again. I would definitely go here if youre thinking about any type of repairs. Also if you are in the market for anything such as computers headphones wireless headphones phone cases speakers anything like that this place is the place to go.
