Love this store! Most importantly, they provide excellent customer service and are very transparent. The Wet Paw review under me giving a one star is obv fake, theyve only done one review coincidently. I encourage you to drop by this store and confirm how high level they are in there! This is the best AT&T store out there.

The worst place to do business they are not corporate store please dont go here there is other store that corporate and can offer you better customer service and business. Dont go to this store drive to seaport or boylston this the worst store ever the staff is so careless and unprofessional

On March 13,2024 i went to the South Bay AT&T corporate store to transfer my prepaid AT&T phone number to replace my postpaid number as my new postpaid main number. Previously to visiting the store i had called tech support to do the transfer over the phone, but they said A&T's policy requires the process to be done at a corporate store. So, i went to South Bay ATT and the manager (Hispanic male) there was too lazy and didn't want to even try completing the process he said his system was not letting him do the transfer and for me to try the next morning maybe the system would then allowed him to. I contacted tech support again and had tech support speaks to the store manger there and the tech support person said the process of transferring numbers between two types of ATT account is possible and even advised the store manager to follow a guideline of which they have when completing such transfers. But, the ATT store manager told me to come back the next morning instead. I'm assuming so he could go back to watching sports on that wide screen TV they have at that store. I went to 366 W Broadway and Bernard and Mike were able to completed the transfer for me, even though it was a long process they still assisted me and made sure everything was done correctly. I would suggest that everyone in the South Boston area to visit Bernard and Mike there and obtained the help that they need with their account(s). Thank you Bernard and Mike! :-)

We had an excellent experience with the manager, Mike. He was super helpful, honest, informative, worked hard to make sure we got the best deals, and follows up to check that we are still happy. We will definitely return to work with Mike in the future.
