that employee by the name Christina is a weirdo. She is a midget with blonde highlights and is weird, strange, and has mental illness. she will yell at you and make you not want to go to that store again.

The store manager called the police officers on me just because i ask her to fix the error they made on my account. One star is much for this location.

This store is staffed with unwelcoming team members more concerned with commissions than with providing quality customer care. I visited this store in the late afternoon to see what mobile phones might be available for an upgrade on my line, which is part of a family plan. As soon as the team member discovered I wasn’t an authorised user, she wanted nothing to do with me and told me “don’t touch the phones”, as she walked away from me. I’m so glad T-mobile allows you to purchase and upgrade phones online - that way you needn’t be bothered with lacklustre and indifferent customer service from their retail stores.
