        The employees were ready to help when I entered the store, but they were also ready to sell me the wrong inner tube for my bike. I trusted the staff to help me purchase the correct inner tube, providing pictures of my existing tire with all of the necessary numbers, and a staff member quickly fetched me one. However, I've come home to find that the inner tube I purchased is far too big for my bike. I'm not concerned about the price, but I took an hour out of my day to make it to Papa Wheelies and back to support a local business rather than order online, and I'm disappointed that I was so decisively recommended the incorrect inner tube.
