I had the best experience here - I was having a rough day and had to walk in the rain with a flat tire, and got it changed the first time around and they were super helpful. After I left, my tire went flat again so I had to walk back again (slightly annoyed at first) but it turned out to not be their fault at all - nonetheless they were SO apologetic and accommodating, fixing it again for free and really helping me out. Everyone knew me by name and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 customer service

Good people! Very knowledgeable staff. Only one young guy who's a little inclined to replace parts rather than fix them. Got my bike fixed and back on the road within an hour even on a busy day. Lead time is usually a day or two but they're not back there wasting time. Huge bike inventory and such a tempting selection of extras everywhere you look in the shop
