I have had nothing but problems with this place for years, I finally found a new dental office that does their job. A few years back I had to have a cavity taken care of and it was “fixed” terribly. I had to go back in to get it re-done which I was hesitant about (but was promised I would never have to deal with that dentist again since he was terminated)...years later it still feels like something is wrong in that area. Recently went back and was told they were sending a prescription over to my pharmacy and I have called back 3 times now asking why this prescription has not been sent over and was told I would get a call back..never got a call back. After calling again I was told to call the dentist myself in her Holyoke location because I might have better luck reaching her then her own co-worker would. Still have yet to see this prescription and it’s been over a week. Never got an apology for any confusion or no call back...didn’t even get a “bye” on the phone. Was only hung up on. The hygienists have always been kind and I have never had an issue with them, but this business definitely need help in other areas.

Firstly, the receptionist is extremely rude. And she lies a lot. What I had made an appointment for, they never addressed. They just wanted more xrays, of course. They poked around my teeth and stuck that implement of torture into a bunch of teeth and just told me that I need work done. Yes, and what about what I'm here for. Crickets. And then . . . because the dentist said I definitely needed a cleaning before they would do any of this work, they wanted to book me in spring 2022. That's a year away! Why did I even waste my time coming here? Useless! I can't believe they have any patients at all with the way they treat people.

really great visit. Nice to be a patient of a big system, having a male Hygienist and Spanish Dentist just made it that much more pleasurable. No absent mindedly digging a fingernail into the gum or resting a waiting tool on another soft part while working/focusing elsewhere - I felt well cared for.
