If you need to go for more than a cleaning, just don't. Terrible communication to the point of making my own appointments with specialists who would never get the referrals requested.

I discovered Valley Dentists Belchertown when I had a dental emergency. And now we bring the family comes Exceptional great dental work. The desk is very attentive. The office is spotless and cheerful. The staff always checks up on you. We look forward to our visits.

This Dentist is fake! They lie about what needs to be done to get more money & not thorough with prices or billing. They overcharged my son & the Dentist Mark is vulgar! He slammed open the door and screamed at the top of his lungs at me literally yelling at me for talking too loud to Cynthia in the waiting room ( I cant hear out of my left ear so I talk loud). I waited almost 2 hours for my appointment and they came out and said they couldnt get me in. Mark is rude & intimidating and calls all the shots about your teeth! I will never come back here as it wasnt a good experience for anyone suffering with a great loss! He is inpatient & no bedside manners.

Raven and Cynthia create a very welcoming appointment. Both truly care about their patients. Dr. M is the most amazing artist when it comes to crowns. Worth the extra time!
