I have been banking with United Bank since 2012. On September 8, 2023 I experienced the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went to the Silver Spring location to make a withdrawal and the teller name Juan started yelling and getting upset with me because he wrote my balance on the back of the withdrawal slip and I crossed out the balance because i didn't want my information floating around.
Bank elsewhere theses people are very unprofessional. To make matters worse the manager didn't even talk to the teller about his behavior instead he offered me a 4 oz bottle of water. I have had business and personal accounts with United bank for years that I
will be closing. If you want a professional banking experience don't go to United Bank

Do not go to this united bank the employees are rude and very prejudice. The manager was rude to my son and hostile with him up until.
My neighbor who was there stepped in and treated my neighbor better than my son. my neighbor is white and ny son is black and also everyone that worked there was brown. The manager didnt even have the decency to apologize to my son please don't go there!!!!
