I dont normally write reviews, but this place deserves my honest review. I loved it, the process itself is so easy and well explained and they make sure to answer every last bit of your questions. I worked with Adrian and hes the sweetest nicest human being very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and at ease while he did all the work. If i ever need a new car i will for sure look for him again and will always recommend him to anyone! I recommend coming here if you want a nice easy process!

I dealt with Mike. He was great. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I brought my pilot in and told him my issues. He called me and told me what was wrong and what had to be done. He also told me about the recommended maintenance that would help my car. He didn't push the recommendations. He just informed me of them. There was no pressure at all, which made me feel very happy. When I am ready, I will bring in my Accord for its recall fix. Thank you. I'm very satisfied. Steven

For a new Honda WITHOUT THE $3,000 - $5,000 "MARKUP OVER MSRP, stop in and ask for Eli at the Ritchie Hwy Safford Brown in Glen Burnie. Eli was a respectable and patient salesperson. His manager was easy to work with as well. Eli is a long term sales professional that has been at this Honda dealer for over 5 years.
