The service I received at CrissWell Honda Germantown was exceedingly disappointing and unsatisfactory. Upon experiencing issues with my car starter, I sought assistance from their facility. Following a diagnostic assessment, I was informed that the repair would amount to $2000. Resistant to such an exorbitant expense, I declined the offer. Subsequently, they revised their quote to $1200 for both the starter and battery replacement, to which I consented. Upon retrieving my car, I was apprised that both the battery and starter had been replaced. However, I harbored suspicions regarding the authenticity of their claims. Upon inspection, I discovered that the battery remained unchanged, contrary to their assertions. Upon raising my concerns, they acknowledged their error and assured me of prompt rectification. Subsequent to the rectification, they issued a revised bill, now accurately reflecting the replacement of the battery. However, their explanation for marking the battery as replaced solely for inspection purposes seemed dubious and unsatisfactory.
