Two stars because when theyre good, theyre good. But last time just didnt hit the mark. I dont think the manager knows that if theyre short staffed, they can turn off mobile orders to get a better grip on drinks. For 15 minutes, I watched as my drink was made and they realized it was incorrect, dumped its contents out, and then replaced the empty cup back in the back of the line of the dozens of drinks waiting to be made. After five more minutes passed, I just approached the barista and asked if I could just get a cup of iced coffee. Then, to my surprise, I left and went to eat what I thought was a turkey bacon sandwich. No, apparently it was a sausage sandwich. So, if you enjoy being surprised and receiving totally different items than you ordered, youre in for a treat here.
