        So excited to see a Starbucks at this location. I ordered a small and medium oat milk hazelnut espresso HOT COFFEE. She even repeated exactly what I said, but got the sizes wrong, (M/L), but ok, that's fine because it took several tries to even get to that point. They called my name, and I saw two small cups. I said, "oh, this should be a medium and large". With attitude, "medium and large WHAT?" Uh, coffee. What I ordered. She said, these are the espresso SHOTS you ordered. HUH? NOT AT ALL WHAT I ordered, what she repeated and what I paid for. First and LAST time here. Please vet your employees. PLENTY of CAPABLE people want jobs.
