Sephora Inside JCPenney

Im not the only one who has had a less than welcoming experience at this Sephora location. A few times that I have visited the staff has been rude. On a few occasions one of the girls will actually start to follow me around while I look even when I told them I didn't need any help ! ( I mean I know I look young, but whenever someone starts following me around in a store it only makes me feel like they wanna get ride of me , when I wanna look at things at my own pace. I use to be a frequent customer but ever since the staff became so distrusting and unwelcoming, I stoped shopping there. And If it's not the unwelcoming environment that keeps me away its the lack of supplies they have. I went here last weekend and I saw that the store was closed permanently. Honestly Im not surprised.

This location is okay for a last minute item but I avoid going here at all costs. The atmosphere is unwelcoming. The few times I've gone, the employees haven't greeted me or asked me if I found everything alright. I think I've only encountered 1 employee who has left me satisfied with their customer service.

hey so i just called Sephora and was trying to cancel my appointment for this Friday for a smokey eye and I had to wait for like 25-30 minutes to get taken off hold and I said my name was Jessica. I don't like using my real name and the person I spoke to SAID "HEY JESSICA, COULD YOU PLEASE STOP PRANK CALLING OUR STORE!"and i was not prank calling anyone! and the person i spoke to hung up on me! I am VERY upset with their service! And WON'T be booking any appointments! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
