You need to teach and train employees to be more polite and friendlier, and to respond to greetings. The kid that was at the cashier yesterday didn't even respond to my hello or to my thank you.... wow. If you don't like the job which includes customer service, go work somewhere else.

look this cvs is one of the best in moco, the people at the pharmacy are nice, people around the store help. they generally have stuff in stock. everybody is not angry. i recommend this cvs and am very glad it opened. others a couple of miles away like shady grove or key west are way longer waits.
