        I'm not surprised at Em Al's review. During December I walked into the store 10 Min before closing . I was approached and advised we are closing in 10 min what are you looking for specifically. I then said I'm looking for a gift. The lady pointed out a table of gifts. Honestly I left the pressure to leave so I said I would rather come back another day. Needless to say I haven't been back.

        Came into the store and nobody greeted me. I had to ask for somebody to help me. At check out, Marcella was extremely rude and kept looking at me like I am crazy when I asked questions in regards to my gift card specifically as an online return using the same gift card. She wasnt able to solve it and I am not inclined to come into the store again. Most employees will ignore you and if you ask questions, the associates arent friendly. i hope management implements better customer service trainings

        Betzaida was wonderful to me throughout my time at the store. Its my first time shopping around for makeup and she treated me so well. Im so appreciative of her and she deserves a raise! BIG RAISE.
