Avis Car Rental

Convenient location but is not customer friendly..no choice of cars.. This was the first I paid a refundable 200$ deposit..not sure when avis started this.. I was given a car that after 300 miles started saying "Engine oil service due".

the guys that worked here were so wonderful to us this morning, despite us being there close to close. the vehicle was clean, and they had many options for us to choose from for the best fit, and they were very flexible. would rent from them again!

Lack of professional interface with customers. Service to customers took too long (only one person in the office to service customers). Some service equipment was not working. Almond Dickens

Extremely horrible customer service. I had an appointment at 12:30pm, they said car was not ready and I should come after 4pm. Called customer service and they changed my appointment to 6pm that same day, which was a close call because I had work till 5:30pm, but I agreed. Arrived at the location at 5:56, 4 minutes before my appointment time. Employee refused to give me a car because he was leaving at 6pm. Why offer me a 6pm time if it closes at 6pm, regardless of that I was still there before closing. Time change was not my fault. Employee was ver very rude, a child. I would like the manager to contact me asap.
