        Worse Bank Ever , They know that there ATM machine was having problems & did not put up a sign until after my card got stuck & jammed in the machine & they had to order me a new one with horrible customer service . switching banks

        This is not a full-service branch – you cannot cash checks! How lame is that?!? I understand that the goal for all banks is to take money and never give it – when at all possible – but to not even give the option of one cashing a check… Ludacris?!? No wonder these banks are dropping off like flies everywhere!!! I'm sure all of their service fees and penalties that they charge their "members" aren't helping their cause either... Greedy, greedy, greedy!!! I ended up driving all around the Upper MoCo and finally, the last branch that I've visited that actually open AND could cash a check, on 355/Fredrick Ave, right across from Toys "R" US. SMH
