    They repaired my washer halfway. It seemed to be working, but after a month I noticed that it wasn't filling up with enough water. They said it had been over 30 days so I'd have to pay again. My bad for not catching it sooner. They sent a guy but he was late without letting me know so I wasn't home. I called to reschedule and they stopped answering my calls and didn't return my call. Called DAR appliance and they came right out and fixed the problem for $75. Use DAR they rock. Service: Washing machine repair

    I found these folks from an Angie's List post for dryer repair. They called back in less a minute and were on-site the next day! Other companies were at least a week out. Very pleasant Technician. Job was done quickly and efficiently. I now have a "go-to" company for any repairs I may need in the future.

    IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I would. We had called them thru home advisor they ended quoting us $850+ for a compressor job. We didn't feel comfortable moving forward thank God and called Geek Squad with Best Buy. They too had a technician come out and he let us know our compressor is COVERED under warranty. Same job title as this guy but with ethics. I can't imagine how many people they swindle taking money for things covered thru warranties that they could get fixed for free. I called and spoke to a manager today Johnson who was also the technican (conflict Iof intereste) I don't know how that's even possible how do they manage themselves when they're cheaters normal companies keep technicans and managers separate because they (technicans) will have their own interest at heart. Johnson tried to tell me I'm wrong and getting an attitude when he was 100% at fault. I will be following up with home advisory as well. They have so many contractor they probably can't manage them you should call them too if you have issues with this company. Save yourself $89 and the hassel also when I asked best but they would have been able to get the job done for less than $500 so this companies inflation rates are ridiculous. Thank God for Geek Squad and the integrity of our tech who was honest so now everything is getting done for free. Call LG directly because DMK will try to swindle and rob you and there isn't anyone there who can help. Follow up to answer the owner/technican/managers ? I would expect you to know THE SAME WAY the technican from Best Buy did please stop your BS. How did the geek squad tech find that out for us? Once you actually check the compressor info the computer tells you it's covered mind you our Friday was bought from HOME DEPOT not Best Buy. You You kept that information to your self. You can talk about God all day meanwhile acting NOTHING like a Christian. We didn't get anything for free we paid you to come out and have the audacity to try to swindle us. You got your $89 so SCRAM! Thank God we listened to that little voice that said not you and got another quote God is great he got us our work done for free and the hell away from your scamming self.

    This company was a recommendation from Home Advisor. I received a prompt response to my inquiry for service and a technician was out within an hour. I mentioned I had an older dryer in a small space. So I elated to see a technician who would fit in the space. After testing some wires the technician basically tells me it is probably the motor and her would need to see if he could get the parts. I paid the agreed upon diagnostic fee but never received any documentation of diagnostics and never a got a call about parts. After a week I called and was told they were not able to find the parts. I was offered no other options or explanations. Reasons for the rating: 1. The technician never removed the back cover(s) of the dryer to gain full access to the motor and actually test it's functionality. 2. I didn't receive anything in writing about the diagnostics and actually wasn't told anything concrete about the tests. 3. Then being told they couldn't find the part when I found it in stock on multiple sites. I felt the technician didn't want to work too hard doing manual labor. So, I am now doing what I paid $89 to have done and will probably do my own diagnostics and repair since there some great videos for dryer repair.
