        They will try to rob you. My oven door wouldn't close. I spent $69 for the diagnostics. Radio silence for almost two weeks. They stated it is a hinge issue and request that I send a picture of the make and model. This was odd, since the technician took pictures during their visit of the make and model. Dars wanted to charge me $649 to replace a hinge. I asked for a itemized break down, and their response was "we don't give an itemized invoice and hourly rate, as we do offer a flat rate." This didn't feel right. So, I contacted another appliance company, a dealer authorized service provider. It was simply a loose screw. I asked if it were a hinge issue, how much it would be. He stated max $450.
