Regus - Maryland, Frederick - Westview Village

This company is the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. Their front staff is zero help, extremely rude, and unhelpful. The help center is non existent. Don't let this company steal your money like they did me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A VIRTUAL OFFICE. They have stolen money from me and will not cooperate on refunding me. I have reached out to higher ups in the organization and i've heard nothing for weeks. This company is a huge scam, don't let them take your money!!

Overcharged me rent by $6000 and support couldnt get me in touch with anyone to actually address it. Entirely a good way to do business. Edit: I have raised a cased where they say they'll be back within 24 hours. We're at 36 no word.

We should have read the reviews. After getting hit with tons of hidden fees we decided this place wasn't worth it. We are paid up in full and they claim our 1k "retainer" was deposited July 28th. Its August 11th and our bank says they've seen nothing. Every day we just get strung along further. Pretty over it. BEWARE.

have used them for many years in this city and others...used to use HQ in Ohio before they were purchased by Regus. I see some bad reviews and I get it...they are a huge company with HQ in Europe and I have experienced issues in the past; however, as far as virtual offices go, they are the oldest and most professional. Many other companies (id Intelligent Office) have shut down during the pandemic while they stand the test off time. They are the only virtual office where you can look professional while many others have people on skateboards cruising through the office and a community mail folder system with out any security. Trust me...I have checked them all out. If you travel abroad, you will nice Regus throughout the world and in the best...literally the best locations in the US. They have 10 locations in DC alone and I have used 3 of those. Only one in Frederick...by my favorite movie theatre. They do resolve any issue...have used them since the mid 1990s.
