From the first time I was introduced to CDS, Mr. Bill Petty carried the companies customer service expertise through and through.
We received follow ups on the installation ensuring it was meeting our needs as we requested.
Not only that, my colleagues were very pleased with the training received on the new Xerox copier with it's many features-together and individually.
Our Marketing Director is very, very please with the outcome of the pamphlets, envelopes, and various other color printings. The colors are vivid and precise.
Any question I had or have, Mr. Petty is always ready to either answer the question or find the answer.
Excellent, Excellent decision. Thank you, Mr. Petty!!

We are a family owned business in Hagerstown since 1955. We purchase a new copy, fax, scanner from Complete Document Solutions and it was a horrible mistake. Their customer service is awful. We wait weeks for issues to be resolved. Days for phone calls to be returned and when you call with a problem, no one ever knows what is going on. When our contract is up, we will go back to the last company that we used for over 20 year. We NEVER had these issues with them. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again! We have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!
