He was very well knowledgeable and helped our office obtain the best printer/copier-to fulfill our needs. We have been doing business with this company for several years. I am always impressed with their customer service, from the their office staff and sales, to their service techs. Anytime we are in need of assistance they promptly respond.

I have worked with this company for many, many years. They are always fast to respond, the techs are knowledgable, and our rep checks on us often to make sure all is well. All around great service all of the time. They are the best out there.

As our work printer/copier/scanner contact was coming to a close with the previous folks (I won't mention their name, but they were rather pushy when it came to the renewal with hefty increases) I started to look for a company in-town , as I like to support local business. A quick search lead me to Reliable Office Technologies, now Doceo. Working with Mr. Jahnes has been a breeze from the start. He gave us options based on the anticipated use for the office and not one time has he or anyone else in their office been pushy for the more expensive option. The machine that we chose has yet to have an issue. I haven't had the need to interact much with the website, but it seems fairly straight forward. Very pleased with this business and their service.
