Rude staff. Don't go to this location if you can avoid it. I've had the displeasure of having to come here previously. They were very unprofessional. The service at their other location in Frederick is much better.
Update: Pleased to here they've closed down.

Very upset...after going to get blood work I was not told I was out of network. I am now stuck with a 365 dollar bill.

To avoid what other reviewers are calling "rude and unfriendly", I would suggest making an appointment. They are not required but they do get priority and rightly so. I did not have an appointment today but had to get the blood work done ASAP. I knew there would be a wait (1 1/2 hours). Everyone in the waiting room was complaining but it was not the fault of the nurse. Those few that had an appointment were taken on time but those of us that were walk-ins had to wait.....only fair. I would give Nurse Bharti 5 stars.
