        One of the techs is extremely, shockingly rude. You'll know her if you have the misfortune of meeting her. She clearly does not want to be there and will let you know it. She obviously doesn't care one bit about you as a patient. Why such a horrible, uncaring person would be in a patient-facing medical role is beyond me. Why her bosses don't care enough about their patients to hire better people is a mystery, but she seems to be the same rude woman people have written reviews about 4 years ago, so clearly the people who run this location are completely clueless. Avoid this location at all costs.

        Schedule an appointment, instead of just showing up. Check in at the kiosk was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

        Staff does not possess the ability to read it seems. Nothing like waiting 30 minutes to have an assistant demand that you be fasting when your paperwork and Dr. states its not required
