We were displaced from our home during power outage. They initially had no room availability. But while we were there visiting someone, the front desk called their room, noting availability through a sudden cancellation. Every interaction with the staff for late check-out, extra towels, extended stays, breakfast met with quick, and positive responsive, all under the pressure of a 100% occupancy mostly of families stressed being out of their homes. Not our first pleasant stay, but certainly memorable one. It's all about how a business treats a customer.

Nice hotel, enjoyed my stay. Only negatives were parking is across the street in a different building. And its at the far end of the strip so its a decent walk to the restaurants.
Walkability: A good walk to majority of restaurants but not bad if the weathers nice.

Pros: Clean, Quiet, Allows Pets, Outside Courtyard with grill, stocked kitchen, Great breakfast with many options; Great location close to shopping, restaurants, East End trail by the water, dog-friendly beach
Cons: $30 to park, no hot tub as stated in description, card was overcharged and no one was available to fix, powdered creamer in room for coffee
Rooms: Clean, compact
Nearby activities: Walking, Shopping, Dining
Safety: Felt moderately safe
Walkability: Excellent
Food & drinks: Excellent and Varied

The service is horrible the workers treat you with no respect I was at breakfast cooking a waffle and they randomly closed the doors with me in there!I asked if I could keep the big fork to take the waffle off the machine but the worker took it and said you can use a small plastic one. Unbelievable but the rooms are nice and the spot for hotel is perfect
