Our family had 2 rooms booked because we had an early morning flight the next day. We had an all-inclusive trip planned. Unfortunately the day before our trip our grandson died unexpectedly. When I called to cancel my reservations at the hotel I was put on hold several times. Still not sure if I will be refunded or get a credit. I then also received an email a couple of days later basically saying they hope.i enjoyed my stay. Unbelievable!

Rooms are dated and worn. A sign in the lobby said they will be remodeling soon. The folks at the front desk were very kind. The woman working breakfast was not! Right across the parking lot from the airport.

Good customer service and comfortable atmosphere in the lobby. Rooms could use some updates. They were clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport and timely shuttle service in the early morning.
