        CapitalOne froze account of 93 year old woman rejecting her social security deposit and returned her auto debited insurance payment. Branch staff was nice, but there was no indication on account that it was frozen. Debit card would not work so tried a cash withdrawal and it was prohibited. There was plenty of cash in account. They cut off their long term customer completely without access to their funds. Form had to be sent in and we could expect a response in 7 to 10 days - You could not call and speak to anyone about the issue. Her spouse had passed away 13 years ago so they froze account even though bank had been notified. Scary that bank can restrict access to your funds.

        The ATM has been broken for weeks! It doesn’t seem like the care to fix it.

        I tried to use my cash app card to withdrawal money from the ATM and it took my card and they said all I could do was ask for another card. I told them I have a capital one account but they wouldn’t help me. Capital one doesn’t take care of their Customers and she told me that they couldn’t stop what they were doing to help me get my card.
