image Generally a good experience. But the car was promised the next day, 30 minutes after purchase it was postponed 6 days. The car had 3 deficiencies annotated in the pictures/description, the marked deficiencies were minor compared to the rest of the paint chips and door dings that were actually on the car. Not a huge deal to me, but show all deficiencies. Minor electrical issue when I picked it up, Silver Rock was actually extremely easy to work with. Car was mechanically sound. Overall very happy with the experience.

image Bought a car from here that paint started peeling on hood within 6 months of purchase. Seems like they didnt seal it after painting it.

image Bought a vehicle from Carvana and they won't cover the issue with the windshield. I called to make a claim about the windshield being chipped on the edge which means it can not be fixed unless it is 3inches away from the edge. Unfortunately this is on the edge and it is large size chip but not noticeable unless you zoom in on pictures. Anyways the guy I talked to on the phone Quinton told me it's a waste of time because they won't cover it. He suggested I either pay for it myself or trade the vehicle in. It was not listed in the defect list on the inspection report however a tiny scratch on the center console was listed. I love the jeep I purchased but this issue definitely tarnished the entire experience. I suggest that before buying a vehicle that you make sure you zoom in on every little detail and ask before buying it. The 150 point inspection is not assuring trust me. No one wants to pay over $26k just to have to turn around and unexpectedly have to put a new windshield in it. I even made the claim within the first 7 days of receiving the vehicle.

image There are a lot of pros and cons to this. It was a very fast buying process. There was a timer counting down for your purchase. Most of it was submitting documents. I had a trade in and accepted my offer and a few days later the amount decreased and I was curious about that. When picking up my new vehicle it was fun to put the coin in the big machine and all that. We test drove it down the street and back while they were looking at our trade. We took the car that day and started our 7 days and there was some work to be done. We had it looked at because it was pulling and the mechanic advised me the car shouldn't have been driven because the wheel hub was broken. That was kind of scary they helped me make a claim with silver rock for the few issues it had. The tires which were 5 years old and dry rotted were sadly not covered but the rotors with huge groves in them were. In my opinion every experience is different and this being my first big car purchase was a little scary. It is being looked at by the manufacturer dealer for any other problems. My advice is have an ASE certified mechanic look it over from top to bottom. Make sure you do your research.
*UPDATE*
I'm 18 days into this process and the vehicle was towed today because of some issues with the transmission and the TCM. I had to handle the tow bill myself and had to call silver rock due to it having to go to the dealership. I spent more time on the phone asking about this 150 point inspection that doesn't exist. Found out it wasn't even a carvana car it was from a third party and they won't disclose who. All I wanted to see was the actual proof of an inspection. This vehicle only has 59k miles on it and has now been in the shop 3 times. For a company to want to strive to go above and beyond they do not. There is a lot of run around with customer service and they really don't have the answers to simple questions. They kept telling me about the Carfax but that has nothing to do with an inspection they like to brag about doing.
****UPDATE****
We are now at the end of June and I still do not have my vehicle. It has been sitting at the dealership waiting for parts to be sent and replaced. The actual dealership gave me a vehicle to drive because of how long Ive been without a car. This is an absolute nightmare. Carvana passes blame to the warranty company and the warranty company passes it back to carvana. Making car payments on a vehicle I haven't had is insane.
****UPDATE****
The vehicle was unrepairable. The actual part was disconnected by jeep and after multiple attempts and 6 months of ownership and a whole lot of arguing and fighting with carvana and silver rock they did a buy back and that was a mess in itself. Reversing loan payments, having to pick out another vehicle because they wouldn't just give me all the money back and between the towing and rental car it was thousands of dollars. Jeep themselves threatening to have the vehicle impounded because nobody would communicate anything and silver rock just kept on trying to send it from shop to shop. Till finally the shops wouldn't take it since the Jeep dealer couldn't. Worst part is that same vehicle was back listed on carvana!
