Yes we have the same last name (cousins), but he was closing deals and starting new ones with the same greatness, while I was there! Greetings. The Kia Store East staff are Professional without being pushy. This is my third KIA and at this point they're a caring family to me. Besides Loving my Sportage, working with Rob Mac has been one of the smoothest processes ever. The finance managers go above and beyond to assure I got the best rates possible. I would highly recommend considering the KIA Store East before purchasing a vehicle. Allow them a chance to earn your business.

I purchased a car back in November. I have had nothing but issues since I purchased the car. There was damage to the vehicle when I purchased it and we made an arrangement for it to be fixed. The process was terrible when I tried to schedule the repairs. KIA was supposed to contact me but after a month no one contacted me. I reached out and got the run around. Finally got the service scheduled but when I arrived they had me scheduled for a recall instead of mirror repair and scratch removal. The lady in the service was great and got everything figured out and scheduled. I brought the vehicle in for the repairs was given a car to drive as promised. The car I was given was terrible the check engine light came on as soon as I got on the interstate. I called they said it was fine. It took 3 days for my car to be repaired. When I picked it up the mirror was not fixed so I had to bring it back again. I had an appointment for an oil change at 4:10 on a Thursday they said it would they 45 minutes I was there for an two and a half hours. They offered a ride to a near by place but since I was told 45 minutes I stayed there. A few days after my oil change I heard something dragging from under my car. I had my son look at it and the bottom piece to protect the car was dragging and missing screws. I am so displeased with the service department. We purchased the service plan so I am stuck with the service department.
