Budget Truck Rental

We called and reserved a truck a week ago for tomorrow at 8:00am. We got a call an hour ago right before you closed saying that the truck we “reserved” wasn’t avilable and there isn’t one within 150 miles. They said our best bet is to wait until Tuesday and reserve one for then. Why would we “reserve” another truck from you when we wouldn’t get it regardless of reserving it???? We needed that truck tomorrow morning because we’re moving out of state. Worst experience with a truck company ever. We went ahead and called penske. They even nearly price matched the cost with The same size truck! Not only that they can actually GUARANTEE that all of our plans to move won't fall through and I can get my pregnent wife to our new place and not mess up any of my friends plans that were helping me move. I will never do business with an incompetent company like this again and will spread this story far and wide to help make sure other people don’t fall into your snake trap like this.
