Budget Truck Rental

First time using Budget Truck rental and might be the last. I made a reservation online for the upcoming weekend for 3 days to be picked up at the crittenden drive location. I get a call about three hours later from that location letting me know he was going to cancel my reservation because he has no trucks. I asked when he would have one and his response was "beats me, I have no idea". i asked about another location and his response was "I do not know what other locations have, you would have to call them". Great service for a rental company! I gave them 2 stars because they at least called me in advance and did not wait until I arrived on the weekend to tell me they had no trucks.

We called them before 5pm to let them know we were on the way to pick up the truck, they said theyd be open till 6pm, they said theyd have the truck ready and waiting for us and it even states on the door that theyre open till 6pm and we show up around 5:30pm and nobody is here. Weve called Budget multiple times, theyre not wanting to help us out whatsoever, this is ridiculous!

Awful aint worth even going told us they would have the truck ready and left 30 mins early befor we could even get the truck and delayed our time wouldnt even worth the time

If I could give a 0 I would!! Avoid this place at all costs! Have had a van booked for 3 months and confirmed 2 days ago and now it has mysteriously been cancelled. You call and never get a hold of anyone and bumped to the main desk. The worst experience ever!
