        I love this shop. Definitely not your glossy strip-mall franchise poster-boy. The location is super weird. Nothing else of note is on College Street, and this stretch doesn't get any accidental traffic. I swear I regularly passed within 100 meters of this storefront for nearly a decade before I realized it was even here. (I am clearly the first to register a Yelp review, and that's no accident.) But enough grease monkeys and other downtown weirdo types shop here so it's been in business for many years now. And hopefully not leaving anytime soon.*If* you can find College Street, it's easy in, easy out. I've been very happy with the customer service. Super nice employees, courteous and competent. I find it easiest to use the website to order the parts I need, pay online, and then just pick them up. I had an issue last week where they were supposed to give me two wiper blades but I only got one, and I didn't even realize it until I'd long since left the shop. But a week later, they sorted it out, no hassle.
