        I stopped in there today to get windshield wipers put on. The female manager working there Said she would put them on for free but would ask that I would buy some windshield wiper fluid to cover the service. Now mind you every other place does this for FREE ..And my wipers were already over 40 bucks. Another customer came in there with the starter that they needed to return but didn't have the box for it. He had left it at home. This manager was very rude and said she had to have the box to ship it back. She was very short speaking to them several times.Complete bad customer service coming from the manager. Now I normally go to O'Reilly's and thought I would stop here to give them some of my money. I will definitely never ever be back to this one. I can't believe the bad customer service coming from the MANAGER.... Woooooow

        Everyone is so unprofessional. I feel like I walked into their house uninvited. The manager is rude and to any car part question she likes to say its not their job to know because they are not mechanics ,which is understandable ,however they work at an auto part shop , maybe gaining some common knowledge will help. Also just Sooooo rude . Bad energy in that store . I dont know if its the day or if its always like this but yikes . Never again
