I've been numerous amount of times and I love it. They make sure you know what you're doing and it's a great workout. You're flexibility and confidence increases over time and the instructors are amazing.

I took my first pole class at this studio and I loved it. I took classes here for 1 year until I moved to another city. I highly suggest this studio to anyone who's interested in learning pole, lyra, flexibillity, etc. The instructors are amazing and I love the way they done the levels.

Pole dancing is a specific sport you should train specifically for. Defiance Studios has the mentally, focus and experience to train athletes, hobbyists and enthusiast in a safe and fun environment.

I started going to Defiance Studios seven months ago. I started with private lessons, then got the confidence to move to group classes. My story is a little different than most, as I really never even took P.E. class in school. I was trying to continue my weight loss path, and also get over a couple of dramatic relationship changes in my life. I can't say enough about Rikki, Sam, Samantha Lynn, Nikita, and Natasha. They have helped me change many aspects of my life. I went from having ZERO self-confidence to going on stage for a student showcase, and I'll be in another show in December through another local studio. After being on the high end of plus size most of my life, I can now wear clothes ranging from medium to XL. My life is forever changed. I often tell people going to Defiance Studios is cheaper, more fun, and less drama than therapy. You'll get a lot more than just a good workout. Also, it is actually FUN. :)
