Absolutely terrible customer service. Dont know about the gym, would have loved to hear more about it but the dude on the phone hung up. Very little professionalism here.

I would not recommend joining this gym. The gym owner decided to move locations about a month after locking me into a 12 month pre-paid contract. I spoke with the gym owner saying that I was not satisfied and he promised that he would refund me the cost of my membership due to the location move. Instead of holding true to his word, he dodged all of my phone calls and wouldn't give me a straight answer whenever I saw him at the gym. I would not trust him with your money or your fitness. Also, the new location is terrible. The machines are pretty low quality and the place feels hectic and disorganized - as if someone just moved in. It is also a very small location with too much machinery. There can be 2-3 other people in the gym with you and it will feel very crowded due to the setup and having to wait for machines/benches. Lastly, the new location is slightly annoying to get to due to the traffic on the road as well as the lack of a left turn directly out of the parking lot.

Dwayne has a excellent set up geared to anyone looking to get into shape or stay fit! Great facility with great customers!!
