EDIT- We appreciate you correcting your review in regards to Logan- We spoke to both managers and they do not understand where you got the "borrowed" information as that was never said by them. Again sorry to see you go but the annual fee is mandatory at 99% of all gyms across the US and we ALWAYS tell you at sign up! Have a great dayHello Joshua- Thank you for expressing your frustrations which I will address. The annual fee was told to you at sign up by our manager who has been with us for over 6 years. There is no question that you were told. You spoke with our training manager today on the phone and he told you the exact same thing when you voiced your concern. I was standing there when you spoke with him. He was not ugly, he was to the point and respectful. You then came in and canceled with Logan and he was very polite to you as well. You signed the agreement and may I suggest you read over it again as you can see where we discussed the annual fee with you. As for the barbell pad, we have had several that have been stolen so we keep certain items in the office for request only and we always allow when asked for. We do not "borrow" our equipment from anyone. You will not find any gym in Lexington or most of the United States for that matter that does not charge an annual fee, unless you pay for the year in full which we also offered you at sign up. We are sorry to see you go and hope you will be more satisfied with your new gym that you join in the future!
