I returned to this location for work, and I was once again impressed.
The room was clean and lots of great features. The staff was also friendly and informed. And the food was amazing. Will definitely be back.

I was highly disappointed. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. We were in town for the Gabriel Iglesias show and when we got back to the room, we were excited to get in the hot tub and relax. But when we got down to the pool area, we discovered that the hot tub had been taken out and filled in with concrete. HUGE disappointment and false advertising. The second MAJOR issue, is when we got into bed, we found dried blood on our sheets. The staff were quick to switch us rooms, as she said they didn't have spare sheets for our bed at that time. The rooms themselves otherwise appeared pretty clean, which is why we were shocked to find the blood! Room fridges weren't super cold but did the job. Check in and check out were super quick. The restaurant and bar area seemed nice, but we didn't have time to actually check it out.

Our stay was not the greatest at all. First off, their listing stated they had a hot tub in the pool area being one of the big reasons we booked a room for the night just to find out it has been filled in with concrete but still advertising they had one.
Second. When my wife went to go lay down for the night, she found a dry spot of blood on our bedsheets, and we were given a different room to accommodate for the blood on the sheets because they didn't have any clean sheets that fit or need available at the time we found the blood stain.
But now the kicker we demanded a refund for our issues and they only gave us a $58 refund and it's taken 4 days for them to do that then I check my bank account today 3-28-24 and they charged back the $58 refund to my credit card for the now full amount we originally paid for the room at the time we checked in.
I originally called to talk to a manager the next day after our stay, and the desk clerk wouldn't let me talk to the manager but would leave her a message even though she was there. Then finally got to talk to the manager Ashley today 3-28-24, or stay was 3-24-24, and she was very rude and kept intrupting me while I was trying to talk and then when I told her that I wanted all my money back she said she would credit me the full amount for our stay and then about an hour after our chat I had a charge back to my card for the full amount of what we originally paid at the time of check in.
Plus I was not thrilled that you had to pay a parking fee just to park your vehicle over night even though I already paid to rent a room for a night and that shouldn't be something extra you have to pay for. I've never heard of paying a parking fee while renting a room for the night but I've heard of paying a parking fee if I was going to leave my vehicle there and take a shuttle to the airport and fly out of Lexington Airport and be gone for a week or whatever. But never heard of having to pay for parking even though we were staying there for the night.
I will be filling a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting Marriott headquarters in the morning because this level of care is unacceptable.
