Spent 16 hours waiting for a bed in an incredibly uncomfortable to the point of bone pain. After that I was place in a hallway for around 72 hours. I was told multiple times that I was going to be sent to a private room, yeah that didn't happen.
I was then spoken to like I was a child because we didn't know that there is a time limit for going for some fresh air... if you're gone or more than an hour it's deserting your medical care... no one told us. Thank goodness they allowed me to come back, but before they did they called asking where I was and how I need to get back. I told them that we were sentence they hung up on me.

You get bored of asking for someone who speaks Spanish and it's for fun that they put people to work in customer service who are racist as if our health and money are not worth it

We were lost today trying to find our way to my husband's appointment. We ventured into H pavilion when we needed to be in A pavilion. When a sweet angel not only did she show us the way but walked with us. I didn't get her name but thank you. We are so appreciative

Most of the staff don't care, you're just a number and a paycheck. They don't know what's going on, no communication at all. Honestly I'd rather die next time than deal with this place again. They are ratchet and rude.
