        You know that video will never go away. I saw it in the past where your staff is so cruel but this time I can't keep my thoughts to myself. The employees in that video should be fired and your hospital should be under investigation. The doctor should loose his licenses. If you believe in God you better for forgiveness. Looking at his to his disciples, he said. BLESSED are you who are poor for yours is the Kingdom of God, Blessed Are you who are hungry now for you will be satisfied Blessed are you who weep now for you will laugh. Luke, 6:20-21. We must remember our action as those who can make change are always being watched.

        I have sadly experienced many visits to different hospitals. Today I was at the Emergency Room at St. Joe East. From Registration to Discharge I received the absolute best care possible! The P.A. Ruth, nurses Nio, Ashley, Amanda and the others whose names I'm sorry I can't recall, were total professionals. They were all so friendly, kind and truly cared about their patients. Dr. Newman was incredible. She was so focused on helping find an answer to my problem. She did not rush through her exam, listened to what I had to say and was very knowledgeable in her assessment. It was evident that she truly cared. I know the ER is a hectic, stressful place to work. I hope this extraordinary group of people get the recognition they so greatly deserve. Thank you to each of you.

        I'm patient in the hospital right now after my surgery ,I'm in room 307 , the nurses here, so bad, no help service at all ,I called by alarm to go to the bathroom, and nobody answered. I waited 3 hours was almost afternoon ,they're canceled my call , and make hold a long time , They leave the alarm on pause they don't let you to ring the bell again ...even no help to walk ,i walked by myself, they don't care if I fall,there's no Manger follow-up the employee ,bad bad service from nursing and. assistant, the feeder more than an hour and has not been working. I'm still waiting for help .. Some of the stuff were kind ..

        If you value your families health, and you have a choice of Hospitals then RUN from Saint Joseph. Nobody seems to care and when you ask for help they act like you are bothering them. This place needs to be shut down!!!
